Snake Eye Omelet

Utensils

Small non-stick skillet

Wire whisk or fork

Plate

Spatula

Sharp knife

Small bowl

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 slice of bologna

Cherry tomatoes

Shredded cheese

Purple ketchup

Cooking oil spray

Crack eggs into bowl and beat with whisk or fork

Spray cooking in skillet and heat pan at medium temperature

Add eggs to skilletWash and dry tomatoes while eggs are cooking

Cut a piece of bologna into a 1 1/2 inch strip and cut the end into two points

When eggs are cooked slide the omelet onto a plate

Sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes

With a spatula gently fold the omelet in half

Make sure two tomatoes are placed where eyes should be

Slide the bologna strip under the omelet

Serves 1 hungry snake hunter
