Using toothpicks, spread a light layer of green icing on five pieces of licorice then wipe it off with a paper towel (some will stay in the grooves)
With scissors, clip 1 inch up at bottom of licorice to make toes
Put four pieces of licorice on plate side by side
Cut the other piece in half and set aside
Place cupcake on top of licorice
Using toothpick, poke two holes 1/2 inch from the bottom 1/2 inch apart for the fangs)
Put a dab of icing on the end of each banana shaped candy, poke into holes
With the toothpick poke two holes for eyes
Put a dab of icing on each red candy and insert into holes
Put last two pieces of licorice under the cupcake just under fangs

5 pieces of black licorice twists
2 Red candies (for eyes)
2 Small yellow banana shaped candies (from a tropical fruit mix)
1 Tube of green icing
