Plastic covered wire (can be purchased at a chain craft store)

Assortment of plastic fishing worms (can be purchased in sporting goods department)

Directions

Cut the wire to fit around neck adding 3" for the latch

Using wire to poke a hole, thread worms onto the wire

Twist a loop in one end of the wire and a hook in the other
