Paper painter 's coveralls (paint store)

Bag of plastic bugs

Floral wire (small gauge light-weight)

Masking tape

Straw hat

1 yard netting

Fishing net

Magnifying glass

String

Funny glasses

Cut coveralls to fit child

Attach bugs by wrapping wire around bug and poke wire into paper coveralls, twist and bend flat

Put a piece of tape over wire for "scratch" protection

Cut a circle from the netting

Attach to hat with wire and tape ends

Add string for hatband

Wire bugs to netting on hat

Fish net can be lined with plastic bag and used for collecting candy instead of bugs
